This means that if you Pre-Order item ships in 1 month then you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. Pre-Ordering purchases will be charged to your Card immediatley upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment, but are subjected to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be decucted from the refuned amount. This is so we can cover our processing fees we are charged.
